In making your request, you will need to supply certain essential information by posting your responses to questions in my Excel Solutions Project Questionnaire(click the preceeding link now to fill/submit a request for a copy of the questionnaire to be e-mailed to you) - an auto workbook I use to get needed preliminary details to facilitate evaluation of work to be done.

The questionnaire comes with a Disclaimer, which you will be assumed to have read and accepted in its entirety, if you eventually return to upload an answered version of the Questionnaire workbook to me via this website's upload form.

It is imperative that you follow the instructions(click here ) for enabling Excel VB applications run on your copy of MS Excel BEFORE you try to use the questionnaire. If you fail to do this, you may be unable to use the automated questionnaire workbook to register your answers to my questions.

Also, in giving your responses to the questions, please spare no details, so I can be sure I have adequate information to accurately estimate the scope of work that will be involved.

Once you're done responding to the questions(the workbook auto-saves before exiting), simply return to this website and click the UPLOADS button to use the automated upload web form provided to upload the workbook back to me(including any samples of any reports or other documents you normally use the workbook's data/output to prepare).

Quick Tip For Running The Workbook Questionnaire On Your PC

BEFORE YOU RUN THE APPLICATION ON YOUR PC's MS EXCEL FOR THE 1ST TIME:

1). Open MS Excel, then select the Tools menu option and then select Macro and Security.

2). In the resulting Security dialog, set the security level to "LOW" by clicking the "LOW" Radio button. After using the application, reset security to "HIGH".
