I refuse to be called an "expert". Instead I see myself as a user-focussed solutions developer - pure and simple. Sometimes "experts" develop blind spots caused by their "experts' mind set". They all "herd" together and stick with the "rules" to the extent that glaring opportunities for breakthroughs in the way they work are missed. If more "experts" paid attention to the way "non-experts" do their work, uninhibited by the so-called "rules" they would develop BETTER and MORE USEFUL solutions for a wider group of users. My article-tutorials are NOT meant for "experts" - they are written for results-focussed users who want to learn what WORKS. If you are such a user, I welcome you.
